Lt. Col. Jeffrey C. Holt, the commanding officer of 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, points out sites to William J. Lynn III, the deputy secretary of defense, from the roof of the Nawa District Governors Center during a visit to Nawa, Afghanistan, Oct. 28, 2010.
